Connie Capaldo Personal Vision Statement 7366 Technology Leadership, Summer, 2009 Develop a personal vision statement. They are provided with adequate time and support to successfully plan for and integrate technology into their curriculum throughout the school day. Include in your posting “why” you think or feel what you do. Also, your postings should include references to the readings for the topic and/or other readings you’ve found on your own. I have continued to build this vision through each course and through my personal reading. In Using Technology with Classroom Instruction that Works, Pitler, Hubbell, Kuhn, and Malenoski cite Schacter and Fagnano, “Applied effectively, technology implementation not only increases student learning, understanding, and achievement but also augments motivation to learn, encourages collaborative learning, and supports the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills (p. 3).
