Comprehensive School Counseling Mission Statement The mission of the Valley Stream Central High School District’s school counseling Department is aligned with the districts mission to provide all students with a comprehensive school counseling program centered around an engaging curriculum that encourages the maximum level of student achievement through their growth in academic, career and personal/social domains.
